Sales Associate

Your Sales Associate will work with your purchasing and sales staffs to ensure model specifications, product, and pricing requirements are met. Special pricing requests and product specification changes are given top priority. Your Sales Associate will be available to meet with your staff on a regular basis, or as needed.

Administration

Your Account Administrator will review flooring selections, identify products, determine quantities needed, and prepare installation paperwork. Each processed job goes through a quality assurance review to ensure accuracy. Only after being reviewed and approved will each job progress to Purchasing and other departments.

Installation / Scheduling

Your Installation manager will oversee your subcontractor job assignment and will maintain constant communication with your field personnel.

Our two week notification system has been successful in ensuring timely installations and reducing back-ordered product.

Field Management

Your Area Managers will be assigned to, and responsible for, specific communities. They are your in the field contacts. They pre-inspect jobs, oversee installation, and do a thorough post installation inspection. They have decision making authority and are qualified to make repairs as well. Your District Area Manager is available to assist you with problems at any time.

Service Department

Your Service Coordinator will process all of your Warranty and Service Requests. Our service team focuses on a fast turnaround to meet your needs. Status reports are provided and constant communication and updates are a top priority. Your service technicians are experienced and are prepared to work on job sites and with homeowners. Your Service Manager will ensure all of your customer service needs are met.
